The professional decibel meter is perfectly suited for measurements in industrial, health, safety, and environmental monitoring applications, as well as in noisy environments. With internal memory capable of storing up to 32,700 values, it is also ideal for extended recordings. Data can be transferred to laptops or PCs via USB cable. The provided software, available in English and compatible with Windows, allows data to be viewed in both tabular and graphical formats. The zoom function enables more detailed sound value analysis and allows data export to external applications such as MS Excel. The integrated analog output makes this sound level meter unique in its class.

Suitable for both single measurements and extended recordings, data transferred via the USB interface or analog output can be analyzed in various ways. The included software allows for data export to other programs and viewing in numerical and graphical formats, including peak values. The zoom function offers in-depth value analysis, and the software also enables programming the sound analyzer for extended measurements.

The acoustic calibrator uses a 1000 Hz sine wave for calibration. Unlike other instruments, the PCE-SC 43 offers three reference levels: 94 dB, 104 dB, and 114 dB, with the ability to change the reference level simply by pressing a button. With an accuracy of 10.4 dB, it allows for checking and adjusting the accuracy of sound level meters. UNI EN ISO 9001 certification is also available upon request.

Power is provided by 2 x 1.5V AA batteries with a battery life of approximately 50 hours. The auto shutdown function deactivates the calibrator after 20 minutes of inactivity.
