AG PUMPS ACADEMY

AG pumps Acedemy Srls are positive displacement gear pumps normally used in the chemical industry, food industry and mechanical workshops, but also for pumping water, adhesives, paints and oil. Pumping diathermic oil, bitumen, rubber, solvent dosing, gears or speed governors.
They are ideal for transferring any type of oil between drums or tanks.
These operations are made possible by the use of stainless steel gears and bearings that prevent the parts from being contaminated by corrosion.
The special care taken in the design of the components, combined with the choice of materials, allows the pump to have no pressure drop between the suction and delivery phases, a pulsation-free flow of the liquid and a constant flow rate even with different viscosities.

In combination with a more or less powerful electric motor, it is possible to vary the flow rate and liquid delivery (see technical data).
When using electric motors with an inverter, it is possible to vary the flow rate and liquid delivery.
Since they are gear pumps, they cannot be used as high-pressure pumps, as they can only reach a maximum pressure of 8 bar when using certain liquids.
AG pumps are bidirectional and have identical threads for suction and delivery. They have a cast iron body that houses the gears and an aluminium lantern that covers the connector between the pump and the motor. The connector is made of AVP. As this is a softer material than the pump shaft and the shaft of the electric motor, costs due to component wear are greatly reduced.
Using power generators, drums or barrels, the pumps can be used in any environment and application.
