Founded in 1979 Gaspari Utensili srl is a partner capable of fully understanding the real dynamics of CNC machining. Every tool is created through direct collaboration with those who work daily in the workshop and are well aware of the critical issues related to dimensions, vibrations, stability, or surface finish. For this reason, the design process always starts from an analysis of the machining: material, parameters, depth, accessibility, type of tool holder, and production goals.

The technical department develops tailor-made tools, carefully selecting cutting geometries, angles, materials, and coatings based on the application. The tools are designed to precisely meet every need: drills and mills for complex stock removal, boring tools with fixed seats, cartridges or microbores for tight tolerances, combination tools to reduce operations, mechanically clamped bodies for interchangeable inserts. Every detail is studied to guarantee maximum precision and repeatability, even with difficult materials or under critical cutting conditions.

In-house machining is carried out with manual and CNC grinders, grinding machines, and wire EDM machines, capable of achieving special profiles and high-level finishes. A dedicated department equipped with CNC lathes and machining centers manufactures tool bodies, ensuring quality and consistency between design and production. This direct control of each phase enables Gaspari to guarantee tools with tight tolerances and consistent performance over time.

One of the most appreciated aspects by technicians is the company’s ability to address specific challenges, such as vibrations in long overhangs, limited access, or special roughness requirements. Thanks to dedicated design, tools are optimized to work with stability even under the most complex conditions, ensuring clean surfaces and reduced cycle times. Furthermore, the possibility of regenerating and re-sharpening the tools ensures extended tool life and lower management costs.

In recent years, Gaspari has developed a ready-to-ship product line for back-spotfacing and hydraulic machining, offering eccentric back spotfacers, interchangeable blade spotfacers, and inserts for sealing seats. These solutions are designed to quickly meet workshop needs, reducing lead times and allowing production to resume immediately.
