What is a barloader revolving?
A loader rotator is a tool that is mounted on the lance (fixed loader rod that serves to bring the boom forward) through a special bearing system, becomes a connecting joint with the purpose of keeping the pusher in rotation and at the same time prevents the rotation of the lance

Operation
The bar pusher gripper is mounted on the rotator; the component, being assembled with bearings, takes over the rotation of the main spindle when the bar is closed with the bar gripper.

Features
The rotors are manufactured from certified high-alloy steel, hardened and ground. The production process is carried out entirely in Italy with high-precision machine tools and strict quality control.

Use and application
It is used on all CNC lathes, fixed headstock, sliding headstock using CUCCHI, FMB, HAGENUK, IEMCA, LNS, TORNOS ROBOBAR and TRAUB loaders, which perform internal, external turning, drilling, milling operations on all types of ferrous materials, low alloy steel, high alloy steel, cast irons, nickel alloys, titanium, bronze and brass, composite materials.
The bar pliers are mounted on the rotators, the component being assembled with bearings, takes over the rotation of the main spindle when the bar is closed with the bar pliers.

Rotators with a threaded connection on both sides are rotators that have a front thread for mounting on the lance and a rear thread where the bar clamp of the automatic bar loader is mounted.
Rotors with a quick coupling and threaded attachment are types of rotors that possess a threaded part at the front for attachment to the fixed lance of the loader. At the rear they have a precision cylindrical band and a transverse pin. The bar pusher consequently has a precise cylindrical seat and a transverse hole for mounting on the loader rotary.
