Rotary (swivel) unit is designed for CNC lathes (fixed headstock and sliding headstock) using TRAUB, FMB, HAGENUK and LNS bar feeders. It is manufactured from certified high-alloy steel, then hardened and ground to ensure accuracy, wear resistance and long-term reliability.
Production is carried out entirely in Italy using high-precision machine tools with strict quality control.

The bar pusher collet is mounted on the rotary unit. As it is assembled with bearings, the unit picks up the main spindle rotation when the bar is clamped by the bar-clamping collet, helping reduce vibration and sticking while improving feeding consistency.
Suitable for internal/external turning, drilling and milling on ferrous materials, low/high-alloy steels, cast iron, nickel alloys, titanium, bronzes and brass, as well as composite materials.
Interchangeable with the original part.
