ASTURO H827/P special spray gun with 600 cc upper cup, combined gravity and pressure feed, anodised aluminium body, stainless steel needle and nozzle. Suitable for ferrous materials, wood, plastic, bodywork, primers and good quality finishes. Designed for medium to high viscosity products, single-component paints, liquid colours, two-coat materials, heavy enamels, two-component paints and water-based paints, with micrometric air adjustment at the cup.

The ASTURO H827/P special spray gun with 600 cc upper cup is a professional manual spray gun designed for coating applications on ferrous materials, wood and plastic, with particular focus on primer application, good finishing quality and the handling of medium to high viscosity coating materials. The combined gravity and pressure feed configuration improves the continuity of material delivery to the needle and nozzle assembly, making the spray gun suitable when a standard gravity-only gun may be less effective with thicker products or with application cycles requiring a more stable flow.

The 600 cc upper cup provides a suitable capacity for small and medium-sized surfaces, repair work, finishing operations and technical applications in body shops or workshops. The micrometric adjustment of the air entering the cup allows the operator to control more precisely the pressure that assists material feed, improving flow management according to paint viscosity. The separate handwheel for adjusting the incoming air flow provides finer tuning of the spray gun, helping the operator adapt atomisation to the coating material, the surface being treated and the required finish quality.

The H827/P model is suitable for single-component paints and enamels, liquid colours, two-coat materials, pastel colours, heavy enamels, two-component paints and water-based paints. This compatibility makes it appropriate for different coating cycles, from substrate preparation with primers and undercoats to finishing industrial components, bodywork parts, metal elements, wooden products and plastic components. Its ability to work with products of good viscosity is an important advantage for operators who need to apply thicker, more covering or more technical materials while maintaining regular and controlled distribution.

From a construction point of view, the anodised aluminium body provides robustness and surface protection while keeping the spray gun practical for professional use. The stainless steel needle and nozzle contribute to wear resistance and compatibility with different coating materials, including water-based products. The nickel-plated brass inlet improves connection resistance and durability in typical workshop, body shop and production environments. CE-compliant construction confirms the professional design of the product and its intended use by technical operators.

To obtain a correct finish, the coating material must be prepared carefully, viscosity must be checked, the paint should be filtered before filling the cup, and air, cup pressure and material flow should be adjusted progressively. Incorrect adjustment may cause defects such as irregular atomisation, excessive material output, runs, orange peel, poor coverage or overspray. During application, it is advisable to keep a constant distance from the surface, work with regular overlapping passes and control travel speed according to the selected flow rate. On edges, corners, profiles and shaped surfaces, correct spray gun tuning is essential to avoid localised build-up and achieve even coverage.

In technical and industrial environments, the ASTURO H827/P is suitable for bodywork, touch-ups and cosmetic restoration, primer application, coating of mechanical components, covers, panels, supports, guards, machine tool parts, wooden products and plastic components. It can be used in both preventive and corrective maintenance when a surface protection must be restored, a painted area must be made uniform or a technical coating must be applied with greater control of material flow. It is not a measuring instrument for dimensions, heights, transmission play or geometric errors; its precision refers to atomisation adjustment, flow stability, viscosity management and uniformity of the applied layer.

Spray gun maintenance is essential to preserve consistent performance over time. After every use, the cup, needle, nozzle, internal passages and adjustment systems should be cleaned thoroughly using products compatible with the coating material applied. Dried or partially hardened residues can affect spray regularity, reduce spray fan precision and cause defects in subsequent applications. The ASTURO H827/P is therefore a professional solution for technicians and painters looking for a special spray gun with greater control over material feed, suitable for technical finishes and higher viscosity products.
