The ASTURO H-2000 low pressure mini manual gravity feed spray gun is a compact spray gun designed for precision applications, touch-up work, technical graphics and localised coating operations on small and medium-sized surfaces. The upper 125 cc gravity cup provides a constant paint feed, reducing waste and improving control during application. This configuration is particularly suitable when working on restricted areas, edges, profiles, mechanical parts, automotive components, industrial equipment or surfaces that require an even finish without using a full-size spray gun.

The compact body and low weight of 320 g make the spray gun easy to handle, especially during detailed or prolonged work. The tool operates at a recommended working pressure of 2 bar and can withstand a maximum pressure of 5 bar, offering a balanced combination of atomisation control, air consumption and finish quality. With an air consumption of 84–140 l/min, it can be used with correctly sized workshop compressors while maintaining adequate flow for touch-ups, shading and small coating areas. The 1/4" male air inlet is compatible with common pneumatic systems used in body shops, maintenance departments and production areas.

The H-2000 model is suitable for single-component paints, liquid colours, pastel colours and water-based paints, making it useful whenever accurate material dosing and consistent spray delivery are required. The available nozzle sizes, Ø 0.8 mm and Ø 1.0 mm, allow the operator to select the most appropriate setup according to product viscosity, required coverage and application area. The Ø 0.8 mm nozzle is recommended for fine work, shading and precision touch-ups, while the Ø 1.0 mm nozzle is more suitable when a slightly higher material flow is needed on larger localised surfaces.

The fine air pressure adjustment allows the operator to adapt atomisation to the type of coating material, working distance and required surface quality. Correct adjustment helps reduce defects such as material build-up, excessive orange peel, overspray, poor coverage or irregular film thickness. For stable results, it is advisable to filter the coating material before filling the cup, check viscosity according to the installed nozzle, keep a constant distance from the surface and apply regular overlapping passes. After use, thorough cleaning of the cup, needle and nozzle is essential to maintain spray precision, flow consistency and long service life.
