The Unicraft DHS 1 manual compressed-air sandblasting gun is a compact and practical tool designed for localised sandblasting, paint stripping, rust removal and surface preparation on metal parts, bodywork components and restoration applications. It is particularly suitable for use on cars, motorbikes, boats, tractors and vehicle restoration work, where controlled abrasive cleaning is required before painting, repair or maintenance operations.

The DHS 1 operates with compressed air and is equipped with a 0.9 l abrasive container, making it suitable for manual work, workshop maintenance and targeted treatment of specific areas without the need for larger sandblasting systems. Its pistol-shaped body offers good handling and control, allowing the operator to direct the abrasive jet precisely on flat surfaces, edges, profiles and areas that are difficult to reach.

The standard equipment includes 4 nozzles for different applications: one nozzle for spot blasting, one for surface treatment, one for external edge treatment and one for internal edge treatment. These attachments make the tool suitable for working on internal and external edges, for example door edges, bumpers, sills and shaped metal profiles. The dust collection bag helps keep the working area cleaner by reducing the dispersion of dust and abrasive residues during use.

From a technical point of view, the sandblasting gun works with an abrasive grain size of 0.12 - 0.25 mm, a nozzle diameter of 4.5 mm, an air consumption of 200 - 350 l/min and an operating pressure of 2.8 - 8.0 bar. The maximum inlet pressure is 8.6 bar, while the connection thread is 1/4". With compact dimensions of 330 x 100 x 250 mm and a weight of approximately 0.85 kg, the DHS 1 is easy to handle even during repeated use in workshops, body shops and maintenance departments.

For correct operation, it is recommended to use abrasives compatible with the specified grain size, adjust the pressure according to the material being treated and ensure that the compressor can provide the required air flow.
