The PCE-TDS 200+S-ICA is designed for diagnostics and verification tasks on heating systems and hydronic circuits where reliable in-pipe measurement is required without invasive modifications. It measures and displays flow velocity, volumetric flow and total volume in multiple units (metric and imperial), making it suitable for commissioning, troubleshooting, balancing and performance checks.

The instrument offers a measuring range of ±32 m/s. Accuracy is ±1.5% of reading for DN ≥ 50 mm and ±3.5% of reading for DN < 50 mm (for velocities > 0.3 m/s), with ±0.5% repeatability. A built-in installation wizard supports correct mounting by providing graphical indication of signal quality and verifying that the sensors are positioned at the proper distance, helping reduce setup errors and improving measurement stability.

For long-term monitoring, the PCE-TDS 200+S-ICA includes an advanced data logger: start/stop and logging interval can be configured, and up to 10 million readings can be stored in the 32 GB internal memory. Data can be transferred via USB (also used for real-time measurement and battery charging). Optional software enables data review in graphs/tables, CSV export and report generation. Configurable alarms provide immediate feedback when thresholds are exceeded.

The S kit includes a pair of PCE-TDS 200 S sensors for small pipes (DN 15…100 / Ø 20…108 mm), with a sensor temperature range of -30…+160 °C. Depending on the pipe material and medium, the device supports multiple measurement methods (Z/V/N/W) and a wide compatibility list, including a custom mode for manual ultrasound velocity settings. The device features a bright 2.8" LCD, protection class IP52, a 3.7 V / 2500 mAh LiPo battery and typical operating time of approx. 10 h. An ISO calibration report is supplied with the instrument.
