The PCE-TDS 200+ is an ultrasonic flow meter designed for measuring flow rate and volume of water or other substances in pipes. This advanced ultrasonic flow meter provides a comprehensive solution for measuring flow rate and velocity across a wide operational range (±32 m/s), with exceptional repeatability (±0.5% of measured value). Accuracy ranges from 1.5% for pipes ≥50 mm to 3.5% for smaller diameters, making it suitable for various piping configurations. The system guides installation through an intuitive menu that graphically displays both signal quality and proper sensor positioning, with multiple sensor types available for pipes from DN50 up to 720 mm.

The 2.8" color LCD displays real-time flow, rate and volume measurements, with selectable units. The 32 GB internal memory can store up to 10 million data points with customizable logging intervals from 1 second to 12 hours. The USB-C interface and dedicated software enable advanced data analysis, including graphical visualization, PDF report generation and CSV export for further processing.

A standout feature is the thermal measurement capability (available on PCE-TDS 200+ model), which uses two thermocouples on supply/return pipes to calculate thermal energy exchange based on temperature differential and flow rate - particularly valuable for heating system monitoring. Magnetic sensors easily attach to metal pipes, while the guided version ensures precise positioning from -30 to +160°C.

Complete with configurable alarms and available with ACCREDIA/LAT certification or ISO calibration certificate upon request, this instrument combines metrological precision with operational versatility, making it ideal for applications ranging from industrial process control to thermal plant energy management.
