It generates reports in accordance with ISO 14644-1 standards, allowing for the assessment of air quality in cleanrooms and controlled environments. The device extracts mass concentration data in micrograms per cubic meter (µg/m³), facilitating detailed analysis and monitoring of particulate contamination levels.
