The OPTIMUM Ø80 mm 4-jaw independent chuck is manufactured from high-rigidity cast iron to ensure stability and precision during turning operations. Thanks to the individually adjustable jaws, irregular, square or eccentric workpieces can be manually centered with accuracy. Ideal for precision machining, rework applications and concentricity control on bench and small to medium-sized lathes.
The OPTIMUM Ø80 mm 4-jaw independent chuck is designed for applications requiring precise manual centering. Unlike self-centering chucks, each jaw is adjusted separately, allowing secure clamping of non-cylindrical components and special geometries.
The cast iron body provides structural rigidity and vibration damping during rotation. With a concentric runout below 0.05 mm, this chuck is suitable for technical turning, reworking operations and concentricity verification.
