The OPTIMUM Ø125 mm 4-jaw independent chuck is made of high-rigidity cast iron for stable, accurate turning. Each jaw is adjusted individually, allowing precise manual centering of irregular, square or eccentric workpieces. Ideal for machining, rework operations and concentricity control on medium-size lathes, workshops and maintenance departments.
The OPTIMUM Ø125 mm 4-jaw independent chuck is designed for applications where accurate manual centering is required. Unlike self-centering chucks, each jaw is adjusted separately, providing secure clamping of non-cylindrical parts and special geometries.
The cast-iron body offers rigidity and vibration damping during rotation. With concentric runout < 0.05 mm, it is suitable for technical turning, rework operations and concentricity checks in mechanical workshops, laboratories and maintenance areas.
