The TM 275 INVERTER band saw with 3000W power is recommended for all users who, in addition to maximum cutting capacity, are looking for a tool that can cope with discontinuous workloads on a variety of materials. The sawing machine has a cast iron structure with large rapid vice and handwheel, adjustable cutting angle from 0° to 60°. Electric blade lubrication and cooling pump and carbide (H.M.) blade guide pads for extreme precision and unlimited service life. Pre-selectable variable cutting speed. Diverter to override coolant pump and single-phase 230 volt power supply.

* As these are DC motors controlled by an inverter, the indicated powers are to be understood as equivalent powers in relation to AC-powered motors. The actual consumption at the meter is therefore approximately 50% lower.
The sawing machine is equipped with the exclusive patented S.R.R (Noise Reduction System), which, starting with a DC permanent magnet motor controlled by an INVERTER motor, guarantees a 60% noise reduction; it is a world first applied and patented by NEBES.
Other important features are:
- Very low heating of the motor and rotating parts due to lower rotor speed (1800 to 4000 rpm)
- Reduced number of gears and greater thickness of the stresses, for very long mechanical peace of mind
