They are built with industrial-grade materials and feature precision ground contact surfaces for accurate seating on flat ferromagnetic tables and, when required, on a magnetic chuck.

Accuracy, ground surfaces, and DIN 876/1

In quality control, the accuracy of the support base and the condition of the contact surfaces are decisive. This category includes DIN 876/1 accuracy V-blocks with declared accuracy below 10 µm, suitable for reliable and repeatable measurements. Versions with a double 90° V-groove allow clamping different diameters on the same block, improving versatility for shafts and round components during inspection and finishing operations.

Magnetic clamping force is a key parameter in grinding and whenever maximum stability is required during measurement. Depending on the model, high holding force solutions are available to keep the workpiece firmly in position even under typical shop-floor conditions.
