• External protection tube of 60mm diameter and 5mm thickness in borosilicate glass with high mechanical and chemical
resistance.
• Front light distributed over the entire lamp length.
• Opal led diffusor.
• Side closures in PA6 complete with oil-resistant rubber gaskets N.B.R. 42 Sh. (O-Ring).
• Each side closure consists of two parts where tightening is ensured by three stainless steel screws that cause the O-Ring to
expand ensuring a perfect seal of the entire equipment.
• Connector: M16x1,5 cable gland (IP68) with anti-tear device.
• Mounting: using side slots included in the closing caps or with optional steel brackets.
• Mains frequencies 50/60Hz.
• Insulation Class I.
• Protection degree: IP67.

The WESTELETTRIC 1238 series tubular LED lamps are designed for professional lighting of industrial machinery and production environments where high reliability, resistance to external agents and continuous operation are required. The 230V AC power supply allows direct integration into standard industrial electrical systems.

The external protective tube is made of borosilicate glass, a material known for its excellent mechanical and chemical resistance. This solution is particularly suitable for applications where the lamp may be exposed to oil immersion, water, dust and aggressive chemical agents, providing superior protection compared to conventional plastic materials.

The range is available in different power levels, lengths and luminous flux configurations, ensuring uniform light distribution along the entire lamp. The lamps is supplied in with brackets, allowing flexible installation on machine tools and industrial equipment.

The lamps belong to Insulation Class I, operate at 50/60 Hz and feature an IP67 protection degree, making them suitable for harsh industrial environments. Due to the properties of borosilicate glass, the series is not suitable for food industry applications where shatterproof materials are required.
