Stainless steel vernier caliper designed for direct measurement of milling cutters, ideal for fast workshop checks on tool diameters and key dimensions. The angled contact jaws ensure correct seating on the flutes and quick, repeatable readings. Available in two versions: 60° for 3-flute cutters and 108° for 5-flute cutters. Resolution 0.05 mm (1/1000”), accuracy ±0.05 mm. Supplied complete with protective case.
Built for everyday production and tool presetting, this dedicated caliper lets you check cutters quickly and consistently without adapting a standard caliper. The jaw geometry (60° or 108°) improves contact on the flutes, helping reduce positioning errors and improving measurement repeatability before machining or during tool changes.
