Baker K11 Micromet PLUS dial gauge delivers long-term accuracy and mechanical reliability thanks to its fully metallic movement and rigid brass housing. Manufactured in accordance with DIN 878, it features a 5 mm measuring range, 0.002 mm resolution, and 0.2 mm per revolution with a balanced 0–10–0 scale for precise zero-based comparisons. Bezel diameter 57.4 mm. Supplied with carbide contact point, slotted back, protective case and inspection certificate.
Baker K11 Micromet PLUS dial gauge is designed for precise comparative measurements in machine shops, quality control departments and metrology environments. The Micromet PLUS series is engineered with a fully metallic internal mechanism to ensure smooth spindle travel, stable indication and excellent repeatability over time.
Its solid brass body provides superior structural rigidity, minimizing deformation under continuous industrial use and maintaining consistent measurement performance. The carbide contact point increases wear resistance during repetitive inspection tasks on metallic components.
With a 5 mm measuring range and a fine 0.002 mm resolution, the K11 model is ideal for checking dimensional deviations from nominal size, runout control, flatness verification and concentricity inspection.
