The GE 20 engraving device is a precision system designed for controlled engraving of letters, numbers, and custom shapes on small workpieces. It is intended for use with MICROMOT tools featuring a 20 mm collar, enabling integration with drilling and milling units for high-precision operations.

The system operates based on a mechanical pantograph principle, allowing accurate reproduction of shapes and characters from a template at a reduced scale. The reduction ratio can be easily adjusted (2:1, 3:1, 4:1, or 5:1), providing flexibility in defining the final engraving size.

The guide system ensures precise and stable tracking, using a ball-handled tracer that follows the template contours and transfers the movement to the cutting tool. This allows accurate contour reproduction while minimizing geometric errors.

The work surface includes a slotted guide for positioning templates and characters, accommodating up to 14 elements. The workpiece is secured on a movable table compatible with step clamps or vises, ensuring stability during machining.

The GE 20 is suitable for engraving metals, plastics, glass, and composite materials, making it ideal for nameplates, technical markings, decorative elements, and precision craft applications. The ability to use custom or commercial templates further extends its application range, including small series production.

The structure is designed for rigidity and precision, enabling consistent engraving quality. The system also supports light contour milling operations, expanding its functionality beyond simple engraving.

The unit is supplied with a complete set of characters (two sets A–Z and symbols), adjustment tools, and assembly keys. The motor unit and clamping accessories are not included and must be selected separately.
