PROXXON FD 150/E precision lathe for facing, longitudinal turning, taper turning, parting and drilling. 2-speed belt drive with additional electronic speed control (800–2,800 / 1,500–5,000 rpm). The PROXXON FD 150/E is a compact precision lathe designed for accurate machining of small components. Suitable for facing, longitudinal turning, taper turning (up to ±45°), parting and drilling. The 2-speed belt drive combined with electronic speed control ensures correct cutting speed for both large and small diameters. Position 1: 800–2,800 rpm Position 2: 1,500–5,000 rpm.
The machine features aluminium die-cast dovetail guides. Cross slide travel 40 mm, top slide travel 60 mm. Graduated handwheels (1 division = 0.05 mm; 1 revolution = 1 mm). Includes 3-jaw self-centring chuck (1–50 mm capacity), 8.5 mm through-hole and ER11 collet capability on spindle side. Die-cast aluminium tailstock with short MK0 taper.
