The moisture analyzer for temperature-insensitive materials is a precision instrument designed for industrial and laboratory applications, with a maximum drying temperature of 360 °C. During the drying process, these materials do not degrade, burn, decompose, or alter their properties in a way that affects moisture measurement. Typical examples include cement, concrete, gravel, certain mineral powders, and ceramic materials, as well as heat-resistant chemical powders or granules.

This device is widely used in raw material extraction and processing, the chemical industry, recycling, construction material production, and research and development of new materials. With a sample capacity of up to 220 g and a resolution of 0.001 g, the analyzer provides reliable and repeatable moisture data for powders, granules, pastes, and heat-resistant materials.

Its operation is based on the principle of simultaneous drying and weighing: the sample is heated to a temperature adjustable between 105 °C and 360 °C by a 375 W radiator, while the weight loss is continuously recorded. The measured values are displayed on the 4-inch LCD screen as moisture content, dry matter content, ATRO moisture, and residual weight in grams or kilograms, allowing detailed sample analysis. The automatic shut-off function stops the process once the sample reaches constant weight, based on three adjustable criteria: start of query, query interval, and weight loss per interval, ensuring precise and flexible control of the drying process.

The analyzer includes a timer adjustable from 1 to 180 minutes and a menu lock protected by PIN to prevent accidental parameter changes, while the calibration mode remains accessible. The internal memory allows saving up to 9 drying programs for easy reproducibility across different materials. Data can be transferred to a PC via optional software or through RS-232 and USB interfaces, ensuring GLP compliance through the Data Bridge software, as the balance does not have an integrated printer. Each device is uniquely identifiable via a 4-digit ID, facilitating precise assignment of measurement data.
