The PCE-DT 65 digital tachometer is a high-precision measuring instrument designed to detect rotational speed, frequency, and length, adapting to both non-contact optical measurements and direct mechanical measurements. Thanks to the integrated laser and the use of reflective tapes applied to moving components, it allows fast and safe measurement of machine rotations, motors, shafts, and belt-driven systems, without requiring the operator to directly interact with the rotating part. Alternatively, with the included mechanical adapters, the tachometer can be used to measure lengths and linear speeds, for example on conveyor belts, or to determine the number of revolutions by applying a tip directly to the axis of the moving element.
