This line of Nebes’ bench grinders is build for industrial usage, a bimetallic thermal guard inserted internally in the copper coiling, constantly protects the motor and saves it from eventual overload guaranteeing a virtually unlimited life. All the motors are made of hi-efficiency German magnetic steels offering higher power for intensive usage. Made of die-cast aluminium, they are available with enhanced drives for professional use in medium-sized workshops. All the motors in this series are made from high-efficiency, German-made magnetic laminations. These machines are all built with the same philosophy: one central body and two shells, to withstand even the strongest thrusts on the grinding wheel or brush, without any deformation of either the motor shaft or the housing.

All machines with 3~ motor (three-phase) are designed for 400 V voltage and on request also 230 V. On request they can be supplied with 24 V low voltage control - BT1 at an additional price.

NEBES is the only Italian company that can boast of still producing the entire range of bench grinders in Italy, following the manufacturing standards that have dictated the rules of quality for several decades. Nothing to do with imported machines or machines made in two halves, i.e. with the casing split down the middle: our master forgers still insert the stator the way it was done 50 years ago, i.e. by expansion of the metal, without the use of a single screw. The central casing is heated and when it expands by a few tenths of a millimetre due to the heat, the stator is inserted, which, once cooled, forms a single body with the central casing.
