The WPP 50 M hydraulic press with electric pump and double-acting cylinder is designed for assembly and repair operations in workshop and industrial environments. It is suitable for straightening shafts, transmissions and spindles, press-fitting bearings, bolts and washers, as well as press operations and load tests.
The machine features a solid welded construction, ensuring robustness and stability during operation. The robust frame with wide opening facilitates access to the workpiece and makes positioning and processing operations easier. The hydraulic operation, reliable and precise, ensures effective control of the pressing cycle.
The working pressure is directly readable on the pressure gauge, allowing constant monitoring of the applied force. The press is equipped with a safety valve for protection against overloads. A set of 2 prisms for working round material is included as standard; the machine is also suitable for processing flat parts and for press-fitting bearings, bolts and similar components. A perforated plate is available as an optional accessory on request.
The cylinder piston is chrome-plated and equipped with automatic return. The press is fitted with a double-acting cylinder, compliant with CE regulations, and is manufactured in Europe, ensuring high build quality and long-term reliability.
