The HOLZSTAR 5900750 oscillating belt sander is engineered to deliver precise and consistent finishing on metal, wood and technical materials. The oscillating belt movement enhances sanding efficiency and extends the abrasive belt’s lifespan, ensuring uniform results even under intensive use.
The 2270×150 mm sanding belt provides a wide working surface for fast, even stock removal. The adjustable mitre guide and work stop allow precise angle sanding from –45° to +45°, while the sanding unit can be continuously adjusted from 0° to 90° for vertical or horizontal work.
The robust cast-iron table with T-slots ensures stability during machining. An additional adjustable table allows accurate edge sanding. Belt changes are quick thanks to the rapid-release system, while the spring-loaded tensioning device maintains consistent belt tension.
The lockable base improves operational safety, and the emergency stop switch with key prevents unauthorized startup.
