The Galileo COMP 25 hardness tester is a high-precision analogue manual instrument designed primarily for Brinell scale hardness testing. However, it can also be configured for Rockwell and Vickers tests using optional accessories. This hardness tester is ideal for industrial environments, laboratories, and workshops, ensuring reliability and high accuracy in measuring the hardness of various metallic materials, in compliance with international standards ISO 6506 and ASTM E10 for Brinell hardness tests.
The hardness tester offers a wide range of configurable loads for each type of test, enabling precise hardness measurements on materials of varying strength and density. For the Brinell scale, the tester supports variable loads ranging from 10 kgf to 250 kgf and applies specific indenters with adjustable pressure, making it extremely versatile in laboratory settings.
