Keyless Drill Chucks with Morse Taper (CM) Shank
Caporali keyless drill chucks with Morse Taper (CM) shank are designed for use on machine tools equipped with this standardized conical interface. These chucks provide high operational flexibility, allowing secure and precise clamping of end mills, twist drills, and other rotary tools with shanks of various diameters and lengths.
Clamping is simple and stable through the rotation of a knurled tightening ring, which maximizes manual clamping force. Titanium jaws ensure accurate gripping and consistent clamping force even after numerous usage cycles, providing long-term durability and reliability.
For versions designed to accommodate tool shanks up to a maximum diameter of 16 mm, manual tightening may not be sufficient. In such cases, the outer diameter of the ring features notches that allow the use of a hook or pin wrench to achieve a stronger clamping force—ideal for larger diameters or heavy-duty applications.
