The LTF AC/MP universal suction base dial indicator stand is designed for dimensional inspection and geometric verification on non-magnetic surfaces, making it an ideal solution for use with Ø8 mm stem analog dial indicators in industrial and metrology environments. The base features a Ø92 × 22 mm suction cup with a holding force up to 400 N (40 kg), ensuring stable and secure fixation on smooth and flat surfaces. This allows accurate checking of flatness, concentricity, parallelism and form errors where traditional magnetic bases cannot be used.

The stand includes a fully articulated arm, providing excellent flexibility in positioning the measuring instrument. The 290 mm arm length and 290 mm working radius allow easy access to complex measurement points.

A fine micrometric adjustment system enables extremely precise positioning of the dial indicator relative to the measured surface. This feature improves alignment, zeroing and measurement repeatability, making it ideal for detecting transmission play, dimensional variations and geometric deviations.
