Concentric hands dial indicator with 40 mm dial is designed for comparative dimensional inspection in mechanical applications. The measuring range extends from 0 to 10 mm with 0.01 mm graduation, arranged on a 100-division scale to support direct reading of centesimal deviations.

The concentric hands configuration allows simultaneous display of deviation on the main dial and total travel through the central millimeter indicator. This layout supports clear interpretation of measurement results, particularly during repetitive inspection and adjustment operations. The compact 40 mm dial makes the instrument suitable for installations where space is limited.

Operation is based on axial movement of the measuring spindle, which transfers displacement to the internal mechanical system and converts it into rotational movement of the hands. One full revolution corresponds to 1 mm of spindle travel, enabling continuous monitoring of displacement during contact with the workpiece.

The dial indicator is intended for use with magnetic bases, measuring stands and inspection fixtures for tasks such as runout monitoring, flatness verification, parallelism checks, alignment control and general comparative inspection in production and quality control environments. The Ø 8 mm h6 mounting stem ensures compatibility with standard clamping systems.

Use is limited to the declared 0–10 mm measuring range; measurements beyond this travel are outside the specified operating conditions.
