RUPAC 2950001.1 is a high-precision analog dial gauge developed for comparative measurements where thousandth resolution and immediate deviation reading are required. It is well suited for tight-tolerance inspections in the workshop, quality control and metrology environments, allowing quick verification of differences from a nominal dimension on fixtures, stands and inspection benches. The 0-100 scale supports intuitive interpretation, while the Ø 60 mm bezel improves readability and reduces the risk of misreading during repetitive checks.

With a 1 mm measuring range and 0.001 mm resolution, the gauge enables repeatable verification of typical QC conditions such as height, roundness, concentricity, runout/oscillation and flatness. The 0.1 mm per revolution progression provides consistent behaviour during reading, and a measuring force ≤ 1.7 N supports controlled contact on sensitive finishes and reference surfaces.

The instrument complies with DIN 878 and features a lug back for stable mounting on accessories and measurement systems. Supplied with a protective case and lug back, the gauge is ready for use in production and final inspection.
