SCHUNK clamping plates offer versatile solutions for securing pallets and workholding equipment during industrial machining operations. Available in single or multiple-module configurations, they adapt to various production needs. The single-module versions are ideal for loading/unloading operations, featuring 2-way or 4-way anti-rotation options to ensure perfect pallet alignment. The Turbo variant increases clamping force by up to 3.5 times, providing exceptional rigidity for demanding machining applications.

Activation is pneumatic at 6 bar, while the Turbo version uses a second air channel to maintain the locked position. For complex applications, multi-module plates offer greater flexibility, allowing selection based on required clamping force or tooling dimensions. Particularly suited for securing vises and self-centering devices, these plates simultaneously grip both the fixture and workpiece during machining.

A representative example is the standard NSL3 150-V1 plate, combining compact design with high performance. Measuring Ø198x150x60 mm and weighing 7.1 kg, it delivers 8 kN of pulling force. The spring system with pneumatic release and 90° 2-way anti-rotation protection make it a reliable solution for various industrial applications, maintaining high precision and safety standards throughout machining operations.
