VOGEL 004.930 is a special digital radius gauge designed for comparative measurement of internal and external radii. The usable measuring range is 0–12.7 mm with 0.01 mm resolution, allowing direct digital reading of radial deviation.

The system is supplied as a modular kit including five interchangeable bases with lengths 10, 20, 30, 60 and 100 mm. These bases allow coverage of wide arc ranges for both internal and external radius applications. Internal arc measuring ranges are 5–13 mm, 11–30 mm, 22–100 mm, 94–260 mm and 255–700 mm. External arc measuring ranges are 6.5–15 mm, 14–30 mm, 27–100 mm, 94–260 mm and 255–700 mm.

Measurement is performed through axial displacement of the digital indicator, which converts movement into an electronic value displayed on the LCD screen. Integrated functions include zero setting, mm/inch conversion, memory, hold and data output capability for connection to external systems.

The specified radius error is △R ≤ 0.02 mm × R/S, ensuring controlled accuracy within the defined operating conditions. The instrument is supplied in a protective case with accessories arranged in dedicated compartments.

Use is limited to the declared 0–12.7 mm usable range and to radius applications compatible with the supplied bases.
