The PCE-BTM 2000A Force gauge is designed for measuring the torque and force applied to threaded fasteners. It accommodates specimens with a maximum length of 200 mm and features bidirectional rotation for ease of use in various applications. This device is ideal for quality control in manufacturing processes, ensuring precise measurement and verification of torque specifications for optimal fastening. The belt tension meter is an optical measuring device designed to accurately determine the tension force of stationary belts. A light tap with a hammer is enough to make the belt vibrate, allowing the integrated sensor to detect the vibration frequency and display it on the graphical screen in Hz. Based on this data, the device automatically calculates the tension force, which can be displayed in Newtons (N) or Pound-Force (lbf), depending on the operator's preference.

Thanks to its intuitive interface, the tension meter features a multilingual menu, available in six languages, making it easy to navigate and adjust settings. In addition to frequency and tension force, the tool allows manual input of belt length and mass for even more precise measurements.
One of its most useful features is the internal memory, capable of storing up to 750 values divided into 15 files of 50 measurements each—ideal for quality control and long-term data analysis. The device comes complete with a standard sensor and semi-rigid probe, a magnetic mount, batteries, and an instruction manual. Optional accessories include a carrying case, a hammer, a tripod, a sensor with a longer probe, and a coiled cable.
