The flow meter uses the ultrasonic transit time principle to measure the flow velocity in copper pipes with a diameter of 72-80 mm (DN80) with a measurement range from 0.03 to 5 m/s and a resolution of 0.01 m/s, with an accuracy of ±2% (0.3-5 m/s). Additionally, it measures volumetric flows from 0.55 to 90 m³/h with a resolution of 0.01 m³/h and the same accuracy. External mounting without contact gel and without interruption of the production process.
The flow meter accurately measures flow velocity from 0.03 to 5 m/s in copper pipes with diameters between 72 and 80 mm (DN80), using ultrasonic transit-time technology. The external mounting system with included coupling pads enables quick, non-invasive installation without contact gel or production interruptions.

The 360° rotatable color LCD display clearly shows all essential parameters: volumetric flow rate, instantaneous velocity, cumulative flow, date/time, signal quality, and network status. Measurement units can be selected between m³, liters, and gallons to suit operational needs.
PoE power supply and Ethernet connection via the included 9 m cable allow direct cloud data storage, enabling remote monitoring and analysis via computers or mobile devices without disrupting production.
Particularly valuable in water treatment for wastewater management and potable water processing, it's also used industrially where water serves as coolant or cleaning agent in production. Simple operation via 4 control buttons makes it reliable for water optimization and process efficiency monitoring.
The included coupling pads are reusable for subsequent measurements, reducing long-term costs. The Ethernet interface ensures stable, reliable data transfer.
