The particle sampler accurately measures particles in the range of 0.3 to 10 μm in real time, providing a comprehensive overview of air pollution. Results can be displayed in particles per 28.3 litres or per cubic metre. It uses an internal pump to sample the air and a laser sensor to detect the light scattering caused by the particles. This scattering is converted into electrical pulses proportional to particle size, allowing for an accurate assessment of air quality.
The particle sampler is equipped with an optical and acoustic alarm with the possibility of setting limit values for each channel. Communication via Modbus and MQTT protocol facilitates integration into existing networks, ensuring efficient data transmission. Sampling and pause time can also be configured. With the ISO 14644-1 compliant real-time visualisation for clean rooms, the air quality can be monitored continuously, ensuring that the systems meet the required standards and intervening promptly if contamination limits are exceeded.
