The PCE-430 is a Class 1 precision sound level meter designed for professional noise measurement and frequency analysis. It complies with key international standards (EN/IEC 61672, ANSI S1.4-1983, ANSI S1.43-1997, EN/IEC 61260) and features a large backlit display that shows real-time sound pressure levels in numerical or graphical form.

Technical Specifications:

Equipped with an octave band filter (expandable to 1/3 octave), it detects subtle frequency variations, while A, B, C, and Z frequency weighting ensures accurate noise assessment. The device also supports Fast, Slow, and Impulse time weighting, making it ideal for capturing sudden, transient noises. With a measuring range of 22 to 136 dB(A) and a frequency response from 3 Hz to 20 kHz, it handles diverse acoustic environments.

An integrated datalogger stores readings on a microSD card (included), and the USB interface allows direct data transfer to a PC for analysis using the included software.
