The Metallkraft 4002030 – WPP 30 BK hydraulic press is designed for demanding assembly, maintenance and repair applications in professional workshops. With a pressing capacity of 30 tonnes, it is suitable for heavy-duty operations such as press-fitting bearings, bolts and similar components, straightening shafts, axles and transmission parts, and performing pressing, load and welding tests.

Pressure is generated by a lever-operated pump with both manual and foot control, allowing the operator to keep both hands free to safely position and stabilize the workpiece. The mobile press cylinder with automatic return ensures efficient and repeatable work cycles, while the integrated pressure gauge allows continuous monitoring of the applied force.

The press features a robust welded steel frame designed for long-term industrial use. A key advantage of the WPP 30 BK is the worktable lifting and lowering system, which makes height adjustment easier and improves ergonomics when handling heavy or bulky components. An integrated safety valve reliably protects against overload.

The scope of delivery includes a set of 2 prisms for secure processing of round materials. For flat workpieces or specific press-fitting tasks, a perforated press plate is available as an optional accessory.
