The Metallkraft 4002020 – WPP 20 BK hydraulic press is designed for professional assembly, maintenance and repair operations. With a pressing force of 20 tonnes, it enables precise and controlled operations such as press-fitting bearings, bolts and washers, straightening shafts, axles and transmission parts, as well as pressing, load and welding tests.

Pressure is generated via a lever pump with both manual and foot control, allowing the operator to keep both hands free to safely position and hold the workpiece. The mobile piston with automatic return ensures fast and efficient work cycles, while the integrated pressure gauge provides constant monitoring of the applied force.

The press is built with a robust welded steel construction and a strong frame suitable for intensive workshop use. The adjustable working table allows the working height to be adapted to different workpiece sizes. An integrated safety valve protects the system against overload.

A set of 2 prisms is included for secure processing of round materials. For flat workpieces or specific press-fitting operations, a perforated press plate is available as an optional accessory.
