The PROXXON MF 70 is a compact vertical micro milling machine designed for highly precise machining of small components. Ideal for laboratories, opticians, jewellers, electronic technicians and model makers. The die-cast aluminium motor head features a special balanced 24-pole motor with continuously variable speed from 5,000 to 20,000 rpm, suitable for very small milling cutters.
The aluminium compound table (200 × 70 mm) includes T-slots according to MICROMOT standard (11.5 × 11 × 4 mm) and adjustable dovetail guides free of play on all axes. Travels: X 134 mm, Y 46 mm, Z 80 mm. Handwheels with zero-reset graduated rings (1 revolution = 1 mm; 1 division = 0.05 mm). Stable grey cast iron base ensures rigidity and vibration absorption.
Supplied with hardened MICROMOT collets for diameters 1 – 1.5 – 2 – 2.4 – 3 – 3.2 mm and clamping set (workpieces not included).
