The high-precision surface analyzer measures the thickness of plastic, paint, and coatings on ferrous (Fe) and non-ferrous (NFe) metals with a measuring range of 0 - 2,500 µm and an accuracy of ±(1.0% of the value + 1 µm). The V-grooved sensor allows measurements on convex and concave surfaces. The internal memory can store up to 2,000 values, exportable via software in *.csv format. The setting of limit values with LED indicator makes the analyzer perfect for quality control. Also available with ISO calibration certificate.
The surface analyzer is a high-precision measuring instrument designed to determine the thickness of plastic, paint, and coatings applied to ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Thanks to a measurement range between 0 and 2,500 µm and an accuracy of ±(1.0% of the reading + 1 µm), it ensures reliable inspections even on convex and concave surfaces, thanks to the V-groove sensor.

During measurements, the surface analyzer can store up to 2,000 data points in the internal memory, which can later be transferred to a PC using the analysis software. The integrated limit value setting function with LED indicators facilitates monitoring in quality control and incoming goods inspection. The robust structure with rubber coating protects the electronic components even in industrial environments. An ISO calibration certificate is available as an option for applications requiring certification.
