416.21 radial drilling machine 32/1000 mm, robust and precise machine tool for drilling, reaming, counterboring and tapping operations. Equipped with MT4 spindle taper, Ø32 mm maximum drilling capacity, 260 mm maximum drilling depth, 8 spindle speeds from 71 to 1800 rpm, 4-step feed, manual and electromechanical locking, 2.2 kW motor and 540x540x540 mm fixed cube table. Ideal for mechanical workshops, maintenance departments and semi-professional metalworking.

The 416.21 radial drilling machine 32/1000 mm is a robust, precise and reliable machine tool designed for drilling, reaming, counterboring and tapping operations with speed and control. The radial design allows the spindle to be positioned more flexibly in relation to the workpiece than on a conventional pillar drill, making the machine suitable for metal parts of different sizes, mechanical components, plates, fabricated structures and workpieces requiring holes in variable positions.

The maximum drilling capacity is Ø32 mm, while the maximum drilling depth reaches 260 mm. The MT4 spindle taper allows the use of suitable Morse taper tools, and the standard equipment includes MT4-B16 taper adapter, B16 rack-type drill chuck from 1 to 13 mm, and MT4-3, MT4-2 and MT3-1 reducing sleeves. This configuration allows the machine to be adapted to different tools and operations, improving versatility in daily workshop use.

The machine offers 8 spindle speeds, with a speed range from 71 to 1800 rpm. This wide range allows the most suitable speed to be selected according to tool diameter, material and operation type. Lower speeds are useful for larger drilling diameters, tapping or operations requiring higher torque, while higher speeds are suitable for smaller holes and faster machining.

The feed is available in 4 steps, from 0.13 to 0.54 mm/min, allowing the tool feed to be controlled more accurately. This function is useful in operations where regularity, hole quality and control of cutting effort are important. Manual and electromechanical locking contribute to machine stability during machining, reducing unwanted movement and improving operating accuracy.

The spindle axis to column distance ranges from 380 to 1100 mm, while the spindle to base distance can be adjusted from 205 to 985 mm. These values allow the spindle to be correctly positioned in relation to the workpiece and allow components of different sizes to be machined. The Ø240 mm column provides good structural rigidity, an important feature in drilling and reaming operations where stability and alignment directly affect the quality of the result.

The 540x540x540 mm fixed cube table provides a solid support surface for workpiece positioning. This equipment is useful for machining components that must be firmly clamped and correctly oriented in relation to the tool. Before machining, it is always advisable to secure the workpiece with suitable clamping systems, check hole alignment and set speed, feed and drilling depth correctly.

The 2.2 kW main motor provides the power required for semi-professional and workshop machining operations. The machine also includes a 0.75 kW lift/lower motor and a 0.09 kW coolant pump motor, supporting easier operation and better tool cooling during machining. Coolant use helps reduce overheating, tool wear and finishing problems, especially on metals and more demanding drilling operations.

The included LED lamp improves visibility of the working area, making it easier to control the drilling point and positioning operations. With dimensions of 1850x960x2300 mm and a weight of 1530 kg, the 416.21 radial drilling machine is a stable and structured machine designed for workshop installation and continuous use in drilling and mechanical preparation tasks.

The 416.21 radial drilling machine is therefore a suitable solution for mechanical workshops, industrial maintenance departments, technical departments, metalworking shops and semi-professional users requiring a reliable machine for drilling, reaming, counterboring and tapping. The combination of Ø32 mm capacity, MT4 taper, radial arm, 8 speeds, 4-step feed, fixed cube table, LED lighting and coolant system makes it suitable for precise, repeatable and versatile machining on metal components.
