The Digitronic digital outside micrometers (300–1000 mm) ensure high accuracy and a lightweight, reinforced frame with welded tubes, ideal for large measuring ranges. The fast 2 mm/rev spindle advance increases productivity, while the 7.5 mm LCD display provides excellent readability even on large components. Advanced electronic functions include ABS/INC, hold, auto OFF, ON/OFF and USB/RS232 data output. Supplied with case, setting standards and battery.
The Digitronic series digital micrometers with interchangeable anvils are designed for large-scale measurements while maintaining accuracy and rigidity even beyond 300 mm. The lightweight yet reinforced welded-tube frame minimizes flexing without adding excessive weight. The fast 2 mm/rev spindle advance significantly reduces operation time compared to conventional micrometers.
The 7.5 mm LCD display ensures fast, highly readable measurements, while carbide, precision-lapped measuring faces deliver excellent repeatability. Electronic features include ABS/INC, ON/OFF, auto-OFF, hold function and mm/inch conversion. USB and RS232 outputs allow seamless integration into data-collection systems. Supplied with case, setting standards, adjustment wrench and SR44 battery.
