Built to meet the modern needs of butcher shops, hotels, restaurants, and community kitchens, the TCE Mod. 12 / Series 2000 Meat Mincer delivers high performance and full compliance with international safety standards. Equipped with a helical steel gear reducer running in an oil bath, it ensures quiet operation, reliability, and long-lasting performance. The housing, hopper, and meat tray are made of 18/8 stainless steel, while the grinding group can be made of stainless steel or cast iron. All parts can be easily removed for thorough cleaning. A ventilated motor ensures continuous operation and consistent results. Standard equipment: self-sharpening stainless-steel knife and 6 mm plate, stainless-steel hopper and meat tray, pusher, Shuko plug (for single-phase version). Optional: partial Unger head (1 coarse stainless-steel plate, 1 plate Ø 4.5 mm, 1 knife), electro-polished body, speed variator, sausage funnels, reverse function.

Designed to meet the modern needs of butcher shops, hotels, restaurants, and community kitchens, the MEAT MINCER – TCE mod. 12 / Series 2000 ensures high performance and maximum operating safety. Built in compliance with international safety standards, it combines strength, quiet operation, and easy maintenance.
The gearbox is fitted with helical steel gears, extremely quiet and permanently lubricated in an oil bath. The housing, hopper, and meat tray are made of 18/8 stainless steel, guaranteeing hygiene and long-lasting durability. The grinding group, available entirely in 18/8 stainless steel or cast iron, can be easily removed together with the hopper for accurate cleaning. The ventilated motor ensures reliable continuous operation.
