For this reason, it is advisable to periodically check wear, elasticity, integrity of the slots, seat cleanliness, possible deformation and the presence of burrs or residues that could alter the grip.

During installation, check that the M30x1.5 left-hand thread is compatible with the Cucchi Pietro PB70-72 feeder and that tightening is performed without forcing. Before starting production, it is advisable to check the alignment between bar feeder, bar channel, spindle and machine axis, because shape errors, geometry errors, height differences or centering deviations can affect feeding quality. Correct alignment reduces friction, vibration and stress on the material, improving cycle continuity.
