Plug gauges for checking cones are precision instruments used to check the shape and size of cones in various machining contexts. ISO taper bush gauges are commonly used for checking ISO taper specifications, such as SK30, SK40, SK45, SK50, SK55 and SK60.

We supply bush gauges for checking tenon-less cones, used to measure ISO and Morse taper shank Cone MT0, MT1, MT2, MT3, MT4, MT5, MT6 type cones. These gauges are used when the taper to be measured does not have a tenon, i.e. a male or masked part that would allow an additional support measurement.

Another variety are tenon gauges for checking Morse tapers, which feature a tenon as a supporting element for greater stability and accuracy in measurements. They are crucial tools for ensuring the correct fit between tools and taper attachments, for example in Morse taper gauges, which are widely used in industrial machinery and lathes.
