The portable pH meter PCE-228M is designed to accurately measure pH and temperature in foods such as meat, sausages, and cheeses. Equipped with a large LCD display, the device stores data on an SD memory card (1-16 GB) in Excel format. Data can also be transferred in real-time to a PC via the RS-232 interface and optional software. Temperature compensation is automatic or manual thanks to the stainless steel sensor. With automatic 3-point calibration and a robust structure, the PCE-228M is powered by 6 included 1.5 V batteries, making it ideal for sporadic and reliable measurements.
