LTF 192EOF Electro-permanent magnetic chucks for grinding, Iron-Brass-Resin polarity
Electro-permanent magnetic chucks with iron-brass-resin polarity are ideal devices for grinding thin workpieces and precision machining of ferromagnetic materials. This electro-permanent technology uses permanent magnets and an electric pulse to activate the clamping, eliminating the need for continuous power supply. The iron-brass-resin polarity configuration enhances magnetic field distribution: iron conducts the magnetism, brass acts as a separator, and the resin provides additional stability. This ensures uniform clamping, reduces deformation of thin workpieces, and increases precision. The system also offers safety and low maintenance, as the clamping remains active even without electrical power. It is the specific solution for thin workpieces. Supplied without a control unit. Manufactured in compliance with CE directives.
