The 1236 series 230V AC LED tubular lamp with borosilicate glass, without brackets included, is a professional lighting solution for industrial machinery, production plants, automated lines and technical areas where stable, protected and reliable illumination is required. The main body consists of an external borosilicate glass protective tube with 60 mm diameter and 5 mm thickness, selected for its high mechanical and chemical resistance. This makes the lamp particularly suitable for machine tools, machining centers, lathes, grinding machines, automated equipment, cabins, test benches and production areas where the lighting unit must withstand accidental impacts, technical liquids and industrial cleaning agents.

The LED system with opal diffuser provides uniform light distribution, reducing glare and concentrated reflections on metal surfaces. The 6000 K color temperature delivers cool white light, suitable for technical environments where operators need clear visibility of tools, machined parts, loading areas, moving components, indicators and inspection zones. The side closures are made of PA6 and are equipped with N.B.R. oil-resistant rubber O-Ring seals. Each side closure consists of two parts tightened by three stainless steel screws, ensuring correct O-Ring expansion and reliable sealing of the complete unit. This construction is important in industrial applications where the lamp may be exposed to coolants, emulsions, oil, chips, humidity and localized washing.

Electrical connection is provided through an M16x1.5 cable gland with IP68 protection and strain relief device, designed to protect the cable from accidental pulling and improve wiring safety. The lamp has an IP67 protection rating, making it suitable for environments with dust, splashes and process liquids. Power supply is 230V AC, frequency 50/60 Hz, with Class I insulation, so installation must include proper protective grounding in accordance with applicable electrical regulations.

This version is supplied without brackets included. The lamp can be installed using the side slots integrated into the end caps or with optional steel brackets, available as a dedicated accessory. The fixing method should be selected according to the machine structure, desired position, light direction, vibration level and need to protect the lamp body from impacts or interference with moving parts.

In practical use, the lamp should be installed in a position that illuminates the working area directly without causing glare to the operator. On machine tools, it can be used to light the spindle area, worktable, inside guards, tool zone or workpiece inspection point. On automated lines and production systems, it improves visibility in assembly stations, inspection areas, robotic cells, test benches and maintenance zones.
