A moisture analyzer is a high-precision laboratory instrument designed to determine the moisture content within a sample using the thermogravimetric method. This model has been specifically developed for analyzing light and bulky materials such as wood chips, animal feed, plastic granules, or powders, ensuring repeatable results even with extremely low moisture levels. The operating principle is based on drying the sample through controlled heating, while the integrated balance continuously measures mass loss, providing accurate readings as a percentage of the initial mass.

The analyzer is engineered to deliver high-performance measurement, with a weighing capacity of up to 400 g and a resolution of 0.001 g, making it suitable even for heterogeneous compounds or non-uniform sample masses. The drying chamber offers a volume of 360 cm³, supported by a large internal tray that ensures even material distribution. The heating system features two 400 W radiators with adjustable temperature from 105 °C to 360 °C, providing flexible, efficient, and controlled drying depending on the material type.

Cycle duration can also be adjusted from 1 to 180 minutes.

Data management is highly versatile, with internal memory for nine drying programs and the ability to transfer results via RS-232 or USB. An optional software package allows data export and traceability in compliance with GLP guidelines, with external printer support. Each device can be uniquely identified via a 4-digit ID, ensuring full traceability in multi-user environments.
