PCE-TWT 2000 is designed for controlled and repeatable tightening where torque is a critical parameter and results need to be traceable. Its rugged concept and smart operating logic make it suitable for workshops, assembly lines and industrial maintenance in mechanical and plant engineering.

In Torque mode, the target torque can be set quickly and continuously via the control buttons, enabling fast setup for changing tasks. Angle mode allows tightening control not only by torque but also by the tightening angle, supporting applications that demand maximum process precision. With Point (preset) mode, up to six torque presets can be stored and recalled at the push of a button—ideal for recurring assembly sequences and standardized work instructions.

The tool supports the operator with monitoring and protection functions. Temperature indication and thermal protection help prevent overheating and extend service life, while the multi-stage gearbox provides reliable power transmission. Measurement and tightening data can be stored in the internal memory and transferred via Micro-USB. Using the supplied PC software, users can read out, document and analyse tightening results and process data, and perform centralized settings directly from the computer.
